How to entertain a 2 year old - for a few minutes anyway! 

Growing a Pansy from a Ceramic Egg
(I found this at Lowes)

Step 1:  Lick the egg for good luck! Hehehe... This is not technically a reflex, but I think most people would agree how natural it is for little kids to put everything in their mouth =). Good thing the dirt was only on the inside at this point. 

Step 2:  Crack it open with a spoon

Step 3:  Clean up the mess! This wasn't included in the original directions... Casey knows the word mess and she reeeeeally thought this part was funny!  


Step 4:  Add a little water... with the help of Nana of course.

Step 5:  Place it in the sun and wait for it to grow!
